2009 BD FACSCalibur serial number E97300363: This flow cytometer had only been used briefly at the recent winter Olympics in Vancouver, BC. It currently only has a 488 nm laser but bidders can elect to have the red laser installed with BD optical and electronic components. Sorting and Auto Loader options are also available. It is capable of providing immunophenotyping, absolute counting, residual white blood cell enumeration, stem cell analysis, DNA analysis, and isolation by the sorting option.
